All participants to the IAA Academy Day Milan are requested to send the IAA Word format registration form with indication of options such as Scientific lectures, dinner, lunch, guest name, vegetarian, etc. The payment should not be cumulated with other items of the shop. Registration form need to be returned to IAA  at   office@iaamail.org
