– Maximum poster size is 91.4cm x 121.9cm (36” x 48”).

– Poster authors will have opportunity to hang their posters during the afternoon of Sunday, May 4th (the day before the conference begins) from 14:00 to 17:00.
Authors have the option to have their posters printed by a local printer in Cape Town and delivered to the conference venue. Authors can order and pay directly through the following secure link and collect their posters from the organizer’s office on Sunday, May 4th, between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM. For convenience, posters will be provided in tubes, making them easy to transport home.
Abstract Submission is now closed.
(if you can not create an account on our online system, please directly upload your abstract at the following link: https://web.tresorit.com/r#O1_zt4l2GueUjdyRVYdjJA) Please make sure that your email address is well listed on your abstract.
All authors must submit an abstract in order for their work to be considered for acceptance to the conference. Student authors may indicate their interest in participating in the student competition at the time of abstract submission. Abstracts must be submitted in either .doc, .docx, or .pdf format, using one of the templates provided here (MS Word, LaTeX, Google Docs, or LaTeX in Overleaf). Authors whose work is accepted for either a poster or an oral presentation have the option of also submitting either an extended abstract or a full paper, to accompany their poster or presentation file. Any submitted extended abstracts or papers will be included in the archive of conference proceedings, along with the abstract, poster, and presentation files. Note that only the poster or presentation file is strictly required—submitting an extended abstract or full paper is optional. However, authors who wish to have their work considered for a 2025 PDC special issue of Acta Astronautica after the conference must submit a full paper in addition to their poster or presentation.
The deadline for receipt of abstracts is December 15, 2024. Author notifications of acceptance will be sent on or before January 20, 2025.
