The IAA Academy Day was held at the Washington Convention Center on Sunday 20 October 2019. The program included a talk about the ISS with Special Tribute to Alexi Leonov General Thomas Stafford (Gemini, Apollo, Apollo-Soyuz astronaut) and other presentations on space exploration and interplanetary missions. The 2019 IAA Laurels for Team Achievement were also presented.
